Applications of the score/ crush cut pneumatic knife holder:
The score-cutting pneumatic knife holder contains a circular blade (SKD-11 material).
Air pressure drives the blade up and down, and in matching with a hardened anvil roller, it performs pressure-cutting for slitting operations.
However, the blade and anvil roller themselves are not powered; their rotation is achieved through the slitting and re-winding machine.
Due to its simple structure, and with the addition of “Multech Machinery Corp.” designed dovetail rail, the slitting head can be quickly moved and fixed according to the required slitting width. Therefore, it is well-suited for slitting and trimming the following thinner materials:
1. PE, PP film
2. OPP, BOPP tape
